Once a purchase is made, work begins on your reading, and the service cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

What You're Purchasing

Each offering is a private, individually prepared spiritual service — most readings are delivered as a video-recorded reading to your inbox within 48 hours of purchase. Cleansing and votive timeframes may vary and will be communicated to you directly. You are paying for the time, energy, and intuitive work involved in preparing your service, not a guaranteed outcome.

Order Issues

If you experience a technical problem — such as not receiving your reading within the stated timeframe, or receiving a corrupted or inaccessible file — please contact us at info@queenempressa.com and we will make it right by re-sending or correcting the delivery. This does not include refunds, but we are fully committed to ensuring you receive the service you purchased.

Cancellations

Because work may begin immediately after purchase, orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
